Fiverr is a freelance services marketplace. Here you can find services for logo design, writing, graphics, digital marketing, video, music & audio, programming and so much more.
The most common services I've used fiverr for is minor website work, the occasional eBook cover (if my designer from Upwork is overbooked), and transcription services for the podcast.
Upwork is a great place to find expert freelancers. I personally use this for longer-term contracts and it's served my blog and podcast by developing relationships with talented freelancers that understand your workflow.
I've hired freelancers here for:
- Video editing
- Podcast editing
- Graphics Design
- eBook Design
Aweber is an extremely affordable place to start email marketing.
If you want to develop a closer relationship with your prospects and clients, email marketing is a MUST!
People buy from you because they know, like and trust you. It takes 7-10 exposures for the average buyer to trust you enough to purchase something from you. Nurturing through an email campaign allows you time freedom and consistent follow-up!
Blogging & Website Tools
Bluehost is in my opinion the best website hosting for WordPress sites.
They give you a free domain name, 1-Click WordPress Install, and 24/7 Support
They have a full 30-day money back guarantee but I've never had to use it. I host all of my websites through Bluehost.
Clickfunnels is the resource to use if you're new to creating sales funnels.
Sales funnels are necessary to create a business on autopilot!
Without Clickfunnels you would need a membership site, leadpages, a sales page, a shopping cart feature and those services may add up to over $400/month.
Video & Product Creation
Camtasia is known for making video editing easy, especially for the non-techie person.
By capturing your screen with video you can create tutorials for your prospects, teammates, or signature products.
Webinars & Video Conferencing
Zoom re-defined training your team. It's the #1 video conferencing tool.
I've used it to record podcast episodes, train my team, record training, and also visually see my new client to help them get started on their system. It can be used for webinars as well.
They offer a free option as well as paid if you want to record and have more features.
This is the service I use to host all of the podcast episodes. You can start a show for as little as $5/month.
They offer stats on downloads and activity for each episode published.
